Title: Touhou Allstars 7.0 won't install

I'm pretty sure some of you know about the Touhou Mugen Fan-Game 'Touhou All Stars'. Well, with the latest version of the game, I can't get the game to download. The error message says it can't create the file Daiyousei, followed by some random characters that I don't understand (The ones that come up if your local isn't set to Japanese). It's this one file that is preventing me from downloading the rest of the characters. How do I fix this??
