Title: Vsync issues

I tried to do the vsync mod for the touhou games and I tend to keep screwing up (Like I couldn't find the .ini files at all) and I was just wodnerinf if there were any touhou games with the vsync mod already installed

In the file you extract the VSync patch from, there should be a .ini file in there.

Just extract that .ini into the game folder with the actual patch. Simple as that.

You are using the VSync patch linked on touhouwiki (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Game_Tools_and_Modifications#Vsync_Patches), correct?
