There are many greats out there, which is why I can't choose, but recently I've been listening to a lot of C-Clays' music.
I really like how the circle covers a lot of different genres.
I really like ESQUARIA too, they sound great.
Eh, I could go and say every circle a like, but that would be a long list. Which is why I ask this question.
I want to be introduced to more circles and see how many others listen to circles I also listen to!
Also, I'm obsessed with music SHOW ME ALL OF YOUR MUSIX! pls
EDIT:
Decided to list a good portion of what i listen to.
ShibayanRecords, PHOENiX PROJECT, Jerico's Law, Dark PHOENIX, O-Life.Japan, DDBY, Alstroemeria Records, Dennoh-Style, Komeiji Records (they're a circle right?), Demetori, Xenoglossy, C-Clays/K2 SOUND, Crest, KONEKODAKKAIYA, Tatsh Music Circle, MASPARK RECORDS, dBu, Audio Serrata, Kuroneko Lounge, Magnum Opus, Hachimitsu-Lemon, EastNewSound, Maritumix, SOUND HOLIC, a-TTTempo, Rolling Contact, Bubble Records, OTOMEKAN, Saitama Saisyu Heiki, Lunatic Gate, Ezel-Ash, Jersey to Yukaina Nakamatachi, Dat File Records, Phase Trax Records, IOSYS, Conagusuri, Buta-Otome, Fuel Tiger Records, Xi-on, Salvation by Faith Records, IZMIZM, Syrufit, ESQUARIA, AQUAELIE, and Siestail.

CC*=Style (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfKC2QCJGE0) and Demetori (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8Ob1sWrfSM) are the two circles that I listen to most often. They both specialize in a single genre, and they represent their genre extremely well.
-
I like various styles, but the circles I have the most songs of are CROW'S CLAW, Demetori, O-Life JP and xi-on.
I also discovered Happy I Scream!! recently, and took a liking to them.
-
Yuuhei Satellite.
I blame Memories of Phantasm
-
IOSYS introduce me to Touhou and I still love them.
-
I don't listen to music circles much unless I'm looking for something specific, but the one's who I do listen to regularly are TAMUSIC, dBu, and IOSYS.
-
Maybe Undead Corporation, but they're kind of all over the place in style which is good and bad. Recently I've been enjoying A-One, C-Clays, and NJK Record a lot, but they're not really my genre so I can leave more of them than I can take.
-
Demetori and Yuuhei Satellite were already mentioned, but I also really like Kanpyo's MIDI.
-
I decided to mention my favorite complextro producer.
Cysmix (forgot which letters he capitalized and didn't)
I love his sp00ky music. Especiallly the MASPARK Haunted House album songs he did.
So sp00ky.
-
Foreground Eclipse (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaEA81sEN3c) and Felt (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ietz-zuqfxs), definitely.
It's unfortunate that Foreground Eclipse disbanded, though; they will be missed.

For me, it's Conagusuri and EastNewSound so far. Both concentrate mostly on the genre of trance I would say?
I also have albums from Hatsunetsumiko and RedAlice/Alice's Emotion. Those two I can humbly recommend as well. The next one I'll likely check out is Sally, their C86 release most likely. Others I am potentially interested in are Yuuhei Satellite (already mentioned multiple times) Sound-Holic and R-Note (f.k.a. Yellow-Zebra)
-
I like Kuroneko Lounge's House Sets. Jerico's Law is good too. Sekken'ya, Demetori (already mentioned quite a bit), Buta-Otome (got drawn in by their album artwork, PVs and unique style)...
I used to listen to KINZOK ON back when I was more into that genre of music, but I'm not sure if they do Touhou albums anymore.
-
EastNewSound is my favorite. I also like Demetori, Tutti Sound, HertzDevil, and Ryuuha Mikakutei.
-
I'm not sure if they've been active or if they didn't do anything Touhou related for years but my favorite has to be Sound Sepher. They got some of my favorite remixes and I found out about them because one of my favorite video game composers did a few tracks.
-
Some of my favorites are:
Yuuehi Satellite, Buta-Otome, Area-Zero, East New Sound, Hatsunetsumiko's, Seventh Heaven MAXION, Silver Forest, SOUND HOLIC, TUMENECO, WAVE, and Yellow Zebra.
-
I love ZYTOKINE, ShibayanRecords, Hatsunetsumiko's, Akatsuki Records, C-CLAYS, and FELT. Their music are just beautiful in my personal opinion especially Hatsunetsu's. Tokine's music are also good too especially the song called "願いを呼ぶ季節".
