I was looking for some Touhou card games and I found this:

Anyone here maybe heard about this game and know something more about it? Game looks really great for me! I am currently looking into rules and what cards can do, but I wonder if I can get this game somewhere. :ohdear:
There is an option to print it, but even though cards are showed with full art while browsing the game pages, there are only 'blank' cards printable, without any pictures on them.
I started thinking that maybe you need to buy this game, so you can get version with arts, but I cannot find a word about this, especially that only thing in FAQ is "Coming soon!" and date of 2013 (so not so soon...). Nonetheless, printable version is from maybe 2.5 weeks ago, so I think that the game project maybe wasn't abandoned.
Does anyone know if game is still developed? Maybe there are only blank cards available, because they are still working on arts and only some of them are done? Or maybe game is buy-able or downloadable somewhere?
It looks really kakkoii and I would really like to play it! :)
