As in, how many times have you:
Used up 1 (ONE) bomb, despite having more than 1 in stock, AND also heard the Pichun sound that indicates that you have actually deathbombed, yet you somehow managed to do it in the 1 frame (1/60 of a SECOND) period that allows you to deathbomb using only 1 bomb as opposed to 2.
In my 50+ hours of playing, I did it roughly about 4-5 times. So if we are begin generous, in my case in average it happened ONCE every 10 hours! :o (Pretty damn rare!)
Also not sure if these are the actual numbers, but pretty sure I remember reading here than the period to deathbomb with only 1 bomb was exactly 1 frame, so..
-
I know I've done it at least a few times in the past, and I remember being annoyed on one of those occasions because I was on my last bomb on that particular life and wanted to intentionally use the two-bomb version for the more powerful effect (which does work with only one bomb left, but you get a shorter deathbomb window), and yes, I did hear the "pichuun" sound effect in that case.
-
In my 350 hours of playtime, probably just once.
-
I remember doing it once and being really surprised that it was a thing I could actually do, heard the pichun and everything. But after that, 2-bomb deathbombs every time...
-
I've done it a few times.
I've also had too many times where I bomb, intending for it to be a normal bomb only for me to get hit RIGHT at that moment and end up wasting two bombs =-+
In my IN lunatic run it happened to both of Keine's nonspells... I have no idea how I finished that run really :V
-
I managed it a bunch of times, somehow, during my first few hours of playing IN (probably around like 7-8 times over like 10-ish playthroughs) but then after that, and a bunch of playing extra, I sorta, uh, stopped. Guess I just got really lucky for a while.

when i intentionally die to mokou's final noncard
-
So the window is actually a single frame? That explains why I've seen it like 4 or 5 times.
I was always under the impression that 1-bomb deathbomb has the same window as normal deathbomb as in other games before switching to 2-bomb deathbomb. I suppose that's the downside to IN's system.

I think both the bomb command and hit must happen at the same time (which would explain why it is a single frame), because even the Ultra patch's autobomb uses the double bomb when you're hit
-
I have long since lost count, but I do remember pulling it off at least a few times.
-
Occasionally. I don't know the count.
-
About 7-9 times in my 28 hours of total in-game time. Most of those are knee-jerk reactions though ^^;
-
I can pull it off quite a bit, and I've done it many times. Most of the time they're by accident when I want a real deathbomb, but hey, it's really useful if you have two bombs in stock, then use this harder deathbomb to drop to one, then use a full deathbomb with only the one left. You basically gain an extra bomb instead of using two at once.
-
I have only 11.5 hours of IN gameplay for now, but I recall doing it twice. First one probably was by pure accident, second one was "I am going to die!" - kind of insight, but as an inexperienced player I still often have too slow reaction, thus I managed to bomb just slightly after getting hit. Luckly, I triggered deathbomb.

That would be zero frames, actually. If you measure, it is indeed one frame after a hit. The "Border of Life" appears the frame after you're hit, which is the cutoff. It still seems unintentional that it was programmed this way, it's probably just something like "ok I confirmed you've really been hit, now do other stuff".
-
I've only done it three times.
And it only happens when I'm fighting Mokou.
