Title: Two problem touhou 8 and 13

I play touhou 8 and ı select full screen in options but later ı cant play game is open but ı cant play :(
And in 13 ı cant select windowed mode and if ı am play in full screen later ı press alt tab and later game doesnt work :( pls help me

What are your computer specs? (CPU, GPU, Windows)
Are your games in Japanese or do you have an English Patch?

I Use windows 7 ı dont know what is cpu or gpu and yes ı have english patch

To get CPU and GPU info easily: Download and install Speccy (http://www.piriform.com/speccy). It's free and small. Open it, and it will tell you your CPU and Graphics.
In the meantime, try the following:

TH8: in the game folder, open custom_e.exe. If there is no custom_e.exe, then open custom.exe. The program might not be in english, but that's ok, the options are the same.
Change the Screen Resolution from "Fullscreen" to "Windowed", as seen here, then click "Apply".

TH13: same thing as above, except in the Touhou 13 game folder. Also check "Ask at startup" to easily select windowed/fullscreen before launching the game. Be sure to click "Save and exit" afterward.
