Heyo! For my English class, we have to write a small story, about anything or anyone. I usually write better or get ideas quicker if I'm listening to music. I was wondering, what Touhou songs would you say help with writing? Thanks! :)

Anything quiet and unassuming, so you don't get distracted by the music. So any music from the photo games, really.

Yuuhei Satellite works for me, but I usually already have a clear idea in my mind when I write.

I vote for ISC music.
Particulary, the one that plays on the last scenes :))

When writing, I'd suggest listening to music with no vocals. It's no good if the vocalist is singing over your thoughts.
Trance music imo works nicely when writing papers. Anything that CC*=Style (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qe48fT4avfo&list=PLgZ4ut_-ZXUvqE65WLbLxMGjdFeXO1ZJv&index=3) does is pretty good.

Hmm. Normally this would be a problem for me too, but not in case of senya's vocals. Her voice feels like a natural part of the music. Or maybe it's just because I can't understand Japanese ^^;

I understand completely.
