Title: Dangerous Patchouli: How do I get these point items?

How do I get the point items out there?

It seems like all I can do is to jump off from the top of the bomb beneath the point items. But I can't jump on that bomb, because all stepping stones that lead to that bomb are sequentially destroy until I reach it.
