Title: Low FPS issues: ~5 fps

I get FPS issues on Marine Benefit and Reactivate Majestical Imperial (Le03).

On Marine Benefit, the FPS drops on the character selection screen and stays ingame.

On RMI, the title screen is fine, but the gameplay either starts around 5 FPS or starts at 20 and drops down to 5.

This is Windows 7, and for the latter I've tried a lot of different things.

Update: Okay, MB lagged only before displaying the stage title, at the start of dialogue, and on spell cards. However, when I switched to Japanese locale, I didn't get the problems.

RMI's problem is still unrelated; I'm still getting terrible FPS.
