Title: [SOLVED] Marine Benefit --> Extreme Slowdown

So, my problem is that I'm getting extreme slowdown (5 frames per second) on the character select screen onward.

I tweaked around with the settings a bunch, and the problem doesn't go away.



EDIT: Running it in Applocale in Japanese seems to work....
