What does this mean and how do I fix it? I could have sworn I came across this error some time ago, but I've since forgotten how I took care of it.

Applocale? Did the game actually install?

It's not launching when I use AppLocale, but yes, the game is installed.

You can try Vista compatibility. I'm stomped on what the problem is. Especially since I had no problems on Win 8.

After running some tests, I have hypothesized that my laptop is at fault. So I'm currently scanning it.
