Title: Touhou 14 Key Config [SOLVED]

So I had my hand cramp up after a playthrough of TH14 (haven't played one in a while and the left shift + z arrangement is really not working out for me.) However, when I go to the key config, it just tells me the buttons are 00, 01, 02, and 05, and no amount of mashing on the keyboard seems capable of changing that to something more ergonomic like swapping left shift for space. Anyone know a way to fix this?

EDIT: I am on windows 7.

You can only Key Config if you're using a gamepad. Otherwise, you have to use a key remapper like AutoHotkey.
