I like to draw, even though I'm not very good at it. :ohdear:
Regardless, I want to post my stuff. I don't draw Touhou that often, but I'll keep this updated with all my poop.
(also i dont have a scanner so i just take pictures with my iphone sorry)

The only reason why I put a filter on it is because it looks even worse without one.

I like the Reimu the most. Try using Paint.net or something similar to edit the colors instead of Instagram.

With the Instagram ones, I had only used it 'cause that was the only way to post the pictures efficiently to my blog. I know better now. Sort of.

The eyes are the most expressive part of the face. I'm happy you put shadows around there to help draw our attention to them. It looks really good~
I haven't drawn in pencil in ages, so my input will be pretty minimal but you can probably improve the line quality if you try to practice making one large stroke instead of lots of little short ones when you draw. I remember I used to do that and it resulted in kind of "hairy lines" OTL...
Also post something with colour?

actually yes longer strokes are better because you have the freedom to decide on line width and variety (and look neater)
agreeding with what maximum has said, nice job with shadowing the eyes to highlight them

Yeah, it did! Thank you Maximus, I'll be sure to try that out.
As for posting something with color, I guess I'm too paranoid to color my drawings. Every time I do, I seem to mess them up beyond repair.

You could try coloring on semi transparent sheets, something like http://puu.sh/3gqvu.jpg works perfectly.

poses are hard and they frighten me so everyone will always stand stationary looking off sadly to the side

But your poses are good; they make the subjects look alive, and you have a good eye for how the body moves.
