Title: Help Configure Touhou 13.5

guys can someone translate this for me.. when i play the game its slow and i cant read Japanese so i cant configure it..
i dont think that my PC got the Recommended Requirement but i think i can make it faster even a little..

Yeah, this is trial-and-error stuff. Is this the full version? The full version has simple background settings. Although right now either crunch the FPS down or turn off replays.

EDIT: Also, does this belong in the Tech Help thread? Or am I just crazy?  ???

ok thanks.. i manage to run the game faster i dont know if thats the normal speed but its playable
and i got the full version.. i just post the wrong screenshot..

I think the 5th option (of the full version) means Background animations (High-Mid-Low: High means Background chars will move more while low means they'll be static). Greatly improves speed IMO.
