Title: Niconico english version?

A long while ago I made an account at niconico douga (http://www.nicovideo.jp/) to allow me to view videos over there since you need an account (or at least a redirector).
However, not everyone could do that since the website is in Japanese.
But now they apparently added an English language option to the website.
I was wondering if it doable now, maybe even easy now to make an account?

For those that couldn't read Japanese, there were several places you could look at for instructions on registering on the Japanese site.

I ~really~ hope they don't have comment instances on videos strictly regional.  I like seeing the comment responses in all the other languages~

You can choose which language you want to see, as in Japanese or English, but not both at the same time.

That's probably because NicoNico had an english site for the past year already, niconico.com

There was even a dedicated Vocaloid (http://www.nicovideo.jp/vocaloid) page, which was fully translated - sadly no longer the case.

Nope, even though NND made its own english page as an english alternative, it's different than both the page used for niconico.com and the normal NND pages. It's really weird. I just use the normal style regardless.

Personally it somewhat annoys me that the english nnd is a step backwards from what niconico.com was. I went into the request site to ask they at least reinstate the translated Vocaloid page. It'd be a step in the right direction.
