Title: [REQUEST] Sakuya's Stopwatch image
Post by: linkhyrule5 on February 29, 2012, 06:32:19 AM
I'm looking for an image of just Sakuya's stopwatch. The closest I've come are generic silver fob watches and pictures of Sakuya with her watch in the background; I'm looking for just the watch and something that screams "Timehax" a bit more. Has this been done, and if not, is this the right place to make a request/offer an... I guess it would be an art bunny?  :D

More details: I'm looking for an drawing of Sakuya's stopwatch, alone on the page (i.e. no Sakuya in the picture.) I'm imagining the stopwatch as one of those eccentric watches with multiple dials - things like "billions of years since the Big Bang" and whatnot. The general impression I'm looking for is a very obvious "time manipulation device" - something like "shiny rust stains" or "polished scratches," preferably on an appropriate background.

Appreciations in advance.

Are you asking for her canon pocket watch? Or just a fanart with a really time hax watch?
As for the latter case, a quick Google Images search of "Sakuya Pocket Watch" yielded this lovely picture (http://static.zerochan.net/full/28/41/89578.jpg)
Haven't really been looking for Sakuya art recently.

Either will do. I didn't see anything under that search, but my school has safesearch on so I may be missing something. Your link isn't blocked, but it is giving me a hotlinking error - can you give me the share link?

This is from the Grimoire of Marisa, and probably the closest you can get to an "official" picture.

Well, yes. Which is why I was kind of hoping for fanart :p.

Hmmm... Closer, but I'd rather one that doesn't have Sakuya in it - just the stopwatch. Is there a draw-request forum? (Sorry if I derped and missed it.)

EDIT: Herp derp I forgot to read the rules. I'll make a [REQUEST] thread in a few. My apologies.

So you want an image of Sakuya's stopwatch but without Sakuya in it? Why even specify Sakuya then? What do you even want this for?
Any of these? (http://www.pixiv.net/search.php?s_mode=s_tag&word=%E5%92%B2%E5%A4%9C+%E6%99%82%E8%A8%88)

EDIT: You should be able to rename the thread by editing your first post.

I'm looking to separate the artifact from Sakuya, so I can make an entry for it alone. Basically, I'm making a Sakuya shout-out but I don't want to directly put a Sakuya picture in the document. Unfortunately, time-manipulating watches are hard to come by :p.

And derp. Okay, next question: is there a way to delete threads?

Just use the report button to ask for the deletion of the thread.

If it's not too late, it sounds like you're looking for an image of a skeleton watch. (http://hypebeast.com/2011/12/cartier-skeleton-pocket-watch/)
Lucky for you, those aren't too hard to find pictures of  :V

Also try searching for steampunk, since this is also all Jules Verne/HG Wells Victorian sci-fi time-bopping fodder too.
