Sounds like you need the entire Deus Ex soundtrack, along with its sequel's. Ghost in the Shell could do, but it tends to be more funk-oriented than the sample you've posted.

Deus Ex is cool enough, I hoped for someone posting something from outside of games, since you can pretty much guess I could just put Both Unreal tournament and Quake one and two, for good measure.. but honestly I am starting to think that's industrial music.. but is industrial music the same as Cyberpunk?

Cyberpunk is a literary genre, so your definition is off. It would be more accurate to say that there are several types of music that fit as a musical accompaniment to the cyberpunk theme, industrial music being one amongst them.

If you want music that sounds cyberpunk, you should get the entire Second Toughest in the Infants and Dubnobasswithmyheadman albums.

Fits right well, Matrix is as cyberpunk as it gets. And it's a great soundtrack.
