Title: IN Changing window size (XP)

I looked at the FAQ and the board questions but didn't see this.  I want to play Imperishable Night in a window, but the default window they give is too small, and it doesn't seem like I can change it from any options or just dragging the window bigger.  Is there something that can be done to maximize it or at least make it larger?

Either:
1)Play Full Screen
or
2)Get the Vsync patch for its screen size changing ability.
