Title: EoSD English patch not showing up?

So I finally decided to download the English patch for EoSD and installed it after downloading the other two patches needed to run it. It apparently installed successfully but when I actually run the game nothing has changed; everything is still in Japanese. Have I missed something?

The patch is supposed to create a new .exe file that runs using the new english-patched files instead of the japanese ones. Maybe you're running the old executable.
