I hear the tracks of Touhou and arranges by various artists, but the variation lacks professional English groups. I'm not exactly sure how well an idea like this is gonna be received, knowing that when it comes to music sang in Japan, there will be the puritans that say "There should not be English versions, English versions ruin the song for all of us!". Even though ZUN gives permission for anybody to use his songs, I still hear many that are Japanese (though it is natural due to Touhou being native there), and only rarely do I come across an arrange with German (like Viollet Orden) or some other country, but aside from Noel Vermillion's voice actress, CrissVee, I haven't heard a professional English arrange.
I'm one that would say "I" if popular American Band actually decided to do some Touhou arranges themselves. I have thought of some groups that might actually be able to make some arranges sound right.
Evanescence = Border of Life (she naturally makes sorrowful music sound genuine)
Avenged Sevenfold = Septette for the Dead Princess/U.N. Owen Was Her (As unholy terror and irony in philosophy/belief is sort of their thing, I'm sure they might have a little fun basing music off of the "Then There Were None" judgement theme)
Anybody else have any interesting ideas

Soundholic loves to use a lot of engrish in their songs, if that counts towards anything.

I have heard some of their songs, I actually made a character gallery on my face book group that has some (feel free to look at it and join) SOUND HOLIC arranges, as well as some Draw the Emotional.
Though I was thinking more along the lines of actual English artists giving it a shot.

Actually I didn't click on that (I didn't even notice it was a until you pointed it out n_n; actually I'm still not sure how people do that with the links. I'm smart but I'm pretty dumb.)

There's a singer who goes by T. Stebbins who has some stuff on the Toho Eurobeat CDs, and there was a vocal arrangement of Fall of Fall on another of Sound Holic's CDs by someone named NeNe.
Can't think of any others off the top of my head though.

Thnx, that was a very nice remix of Rumia's theme, and the vocals don't sound bad either. Right after I posted my theory about Rin Satsuki being a beta of Rumia much rather than a playable character.
