Hey. Thanks for letting me test.
Well, I must say, this is a lot better than what I did for my first card.

Maybe you can make it harder. For example, making the RED21s move into the player's way.

I'd say this is a pretty good first card.

You should definitely make it harder, as μ⑨ (Which I just now realized says 'Mukyu' >_>) said. The red bullets aren't dangerous at all as long as the player is at the bottom of the screen, and moreso the blue ones.
You could try adding another pattern into the mix - Even something as simple as a sunburst can make a spellcard more interesting to dodge.

EDIT: Actually, the red bullets do eventually reach you. Unfortunately, when they do, their speed and curved movement make them awkwardly hard to dodge.

Yikes, this is hard to see. Perhaps, you could make the background a little darker or something, because there's so much reddd. Even so, this is probably your best-looking danmaku so far.

Those 03-clusters are really hard to deal with.

I'd have to say that this is your best spellcard yet! I like it a lot!  I would put a bit more time inbetween the wheels, its easy to try to misdirect them and fail.

EDIT:

You used ShotAs for the bouncing wheels....blech, use Object Shots.

Definitely an improvement, but the wheels are slightly awkward to anticipate because they bounce 180 degrees backward, unlike a object bouncing IRL. I try to think of the attack in terms of a rocket fist: it flies out, then comes back (or else the robot'll be missing a hand).

You could use 360-GetAngleToPlayer instead of GetAngleToPlayer-180 to create a more bounce-like effect, although you should just switch to Obj Shots when you can.

Hopefully it will be easier to see than in the other spellcards
