Title: recomended Program to Extract data from the game Devil of Decline.

i want to know how do i open some data and extract it from the game? such as the caracters sprites
or even dialog.

What do you mean ? extracting the files from .rar ? if yes install winrar and extract it wherever you want.

That doesn't work unfortunately. It works with some .pak files and not with others, because there's different types of .pak encripting. I'd suggest asking the ones who tried translating the game what program they used.
