Title: Evanescent Existence/ Earthen Miraculous Sword Config and Options

Sorry if this has already been answered. The "Options" sections of these games has no text, and config.exe is just a black box. Is there a way to fix this? Also, and this might be answered with the first question, is it possible to lower the resolution? My computer is too slow to play EMS as it is now.
