1cc'd PCB Hard with ReimuB but yikes, I SUCKED at some parts, especially Resurrection Butterfly (I keep on capturing it on practice runs on Easy-Hard and botching it by ramming into stuff in manners most worthy of facepalming in real runs). Ended with a measly like 640m score. Heck, My SakuyaA Hard 1cc got about 70m more score.

Well whatever. I'm not playing for score anyways. I 1cc'd PCB Hard with a non-easy-modo shottype. Wee!

MoF Lunatic 1cc attempt, wound up facing Momiji with .95 power and winning without deaths. Which is really awesome considering I've been awake since Thursday.

Holy shit. Half asleep + drunk, and I 1cc'd EoSD, PCB, and SA on Hard (not much though~).
I also captured that one Genetics card of Koishi in which she moves around (forgot the naem)

Happy first 1cc of the new year!

Cleared PCB with SakuyaB. This means I've 1cc'd all the standard Touhou games (2, 4-8, 10-12) with most of the characters. SA still needs a lot of work and UFO's MarisaB is hanging on by a thread, but I've still come a long way considering it took me more than two years before I 1cc'd any of the games.

You should try Mokou, since she's easier than the rest of the ex bosses. (though I don't know about Nue because I put not much time in that game)

I was hounding out Imperisable Night's extra for a good two hours.
The closest I got was the end of the second phase of Possessed by Phoenix.

Nue is also fairly easy. (Especially if you use ReimuA, MarisaA, or SanaeB.)

On Possessed by Phoenix second phase, start at the very bottom and tap up very slowly, roughly to the beat of the music; each tap should be as short as possible. (Alternatively, start at the top and go down.) Remember that IN has spell card practice.

I've never been successful at playing Possessed by Phoenix using that method, since you have to tap a very tiny amount each time. I just go around in circles since that's more reliable.

Circling seemed way harder to me. Worst case scenario with tapping is you go too fast and have to bomb once. Circling would introduce way more points of possible failure.

Yes but the circling strategy is really simple once you've gotten it down. Its not like you have to read anything. Its just a matter of getting the hang of the pattern. Once that is done there is no chance of you messing it up and it gives you much larger room for error than the vertical streaming.

Gave PCB Extra a go with ReimuB, and it was surprisingly easy. I'd (barely) cleared it once with ReimuA before that, but I wanted Phantasm open with a shot type that... Well, isn't weak as hell. Only bombed once on the last spell (no safespotting!) and came out with 3 lives and no bombs. Scored about 401 million, which was nice. Not amazing by any means, but it's a good number for me =).

Alright, the circling on PbP isn't so bad either, but you have to be paying attention to the bullets for that; I messed it up the first time. With the vertical method, I usually just look over at my other computer and read IRC or something while tapping :V

edit: Using the vertical method, it might be easier to do diagonal taps instead of just going up. I tried it once and it worked pretty well; I didn't have to worry too much about making really short taps that way.

I really got lucky in Kanako's fight with that random extra life I wasn't expecting. Kanako was the only thing that's been holding this back because I can perfect up to Momiji (not this time though). Normal really is easier than EoSD because it didn't take me as much time or effort. On to PCB!

Played Phantasm Romance extra 4 for the first time in months (because man I'm in love with this stage's aesthetics), and beat the stage without dying. Pretty impressive, except I still mucked up Reimu. ;^_^

The last goal I had been striving for was to 1cc PCB Normal and I failed epically every time.
I just picked up PCB.
I just 1cced Normal.
