New ruling came out. Kevin Tewart lied. Xyz materials don't count as 'being on the field'. Tour guide from the Underworld drops $100 in price.

I walked into my LGS to play some Friday Night Magic and some guy came up and asked about these. They were still sticker marked at $200 and he got them for $120.

I'm not sure I get the combo(been out of the loop past year or so.) I know Tour Guide would get Sangan and exceed summon, but I don't see how the ruling would ruin tour guide. Does sangan not activate when it used up during the summon?

Sangan used to activate if dropped as an xyz material ie. with Leviathan Dragon's effect, now it doesn't.
