Wow! I'm surprised that this was mentioned. I have a Hina cursor that I made myself based on stuff from PatchCon plus a spinning dark coloured yin-yang orb that I drew.

When you realize you are suffering from danmaku sickness. For a simple example, like while watching fireworks you interpret it as a danmaku pattern you have to dodge as I did earlier today without realizing it.

Welcome, kuroisakura1000!

Today, I passed a girl on the street wearing a shirt that read "TAKE IT EASY" and I thought about how I often I see/hear this phrase, which used to make me think of the Eagles song and now makes me think of our bean paste-filled buddies.

Also, I was at the beach the other day with some friends, wading in the sea on a beautiful day and inexplicably, SA's Stage 5 theme came to mind. Just seemed a fitting soundtrack to a pretty day.

I got my new hard drive set up on Saturday (as my old one failed in what I assume a higher power telling me my summer was too perfect). My process of setting up was something like this.

1. Get Firefox
2. Get Antivirus Programs of choice.
3. Get IM Client
4. Start hunting for Touhou related images for my Desktop Backround.

...I keep telling myself "At least it wasn't the first thing I did!" in a deluded attempt to convince myself I'm not completely obsessed yet. It's a faltering delusion, I know, but.....

I swear, my workplace is a living piece of proof that I'm addicted to Touhou.

Exhibit A - The stairway to the fridge/freezer/prep room/washrooms is not very well lit, and seems to get rather windy sometimes. The Dark Blowhole was the first song to come to mind, and SA's first stage was usually what I felt like I was in every time I went down.

Exhibit B - A co-worker was cutting up cucumbers. "Kappa" is the only word that sums up what happened next.

Exhibit C - Remember the Dark Blowhole stairway? It's pretty hot downstairs and upstairs where I work, so go figure, I now believe the water heater is nuclear powered, thanks to said stairway.

I think there was more, but that's all for now.

Close, but no dice. I'm a ~~janitor~~ dishwasher. Which includes one HECK of a lot more than dishwashing, apparently...

Also, I seem to have been cut pn a barely broken bucket today. Aside from being utterly ticked off by it, I connected it with an incident where I cut myself on a metal insert, and now I believe I have the ability to manipulate the sharpness of obscure objects.

Oh god... I was at camp this week. In addition to unintentionally saying, "so zetta slow..." I also did the Remilia pose in the only photo I was in...

And when I got back, I started walking the dog. A lot of the houses reminded me of various characters. My dog, with his new collar, makes me think of Marisa. I'll take a photo later.

I love the Iku house, though. And the Reimu house... I think there's a Remilia house...

This one...only works...for people who have played Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken (that's just Fire Emblem, if you're American and stupid*) I was going through the soundtrack (which was ridiculously awesome for a GBA game, by the way) and I got to track 7, which is entitled Precious Things.

First thought: Eliwood Stole the Precious Thing.
