Hi. I'll make this brief since I know most of you don't like reading the essay style posts I usually write.
So first and foremost, please download this script and play it:
http://www.mediafire.com/?itwnxgyxfej
What I'd like you to do is record what your average FPS (frames per second) was while you played the card, and if it spiked anywhere during the script. Also, if you do experience any slowdown (Less than 60FPS), please include your computers specifications; mainly it's RAM, CPU and graphics card.
I'm trying to collect data on what people can process and at what speeds, so I can scale how much stuff I have going on in my spellcards accordingly. I'd like it if everybody could enjoy Danmakufu equally, so feel free to use this data for your own purposes as well.
Thanks for your time, and as always, feel free to critique on the actual spellcard as well.

I get about 52 FPS.
2.8 ghz, 2 gigs ram, geforce 7600 video card
My computer really should be faster for what it has in it but it is quite old despite its upgrades and I suspect the motherboard is responsible for some sort of bottleneck.
-
I was able to run the card perfectly. However, my computer is certainly above average.
3.4GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and a 512 MB nVidia GeForce 8800 GTS.

Thanks for the input guys. Was hoping for a bit more data but oh well. Your two inputs helped me more than you probably think.

Run perfectly on an old Pentium 4 2.8-Ghz, 1GB-Ram, GeForce 6200.
-
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual
2.21 GHz
1 GB RAM
You card runs at 57 fps. Note that every script runs with 57 or fewer fps on this PC for some reason, thus it runs perfectly fine.
-
Runs about 10fps slow on mine (around 50, and that's without shooting or anything), but mine slows down if you look at it funny.
-
i got a steady 59 FPS.
my specs are:
AMD Sempron 2800 (1.6GHZ)
1GB RAM
ATI Radeon 9600
pretty old rig, but it ran fine

My motherboard must be really shitty >:|
