Title: Crap Touhou products
Post by: Momiji on May 31, 2009, 05:02:53 AM: So yeah, last year at Otakon, I bought two Touhou music CDs, IOSYS's Gossun Remix 1 and 2. I'm a bit of a Touhou music fan, so I thought it'd be cool to buy some remix CDs. Well when I listened to 'em my opinion changed. They're nothing but two CDs of remixes of Marisa Stole the Precious Thing. Yeah, two CDs of remixes of a remix! 'Though the remixes themselves are... okay, I just thought that it's a little self-aggrandizing of IOSYS to publish something like that. And to top it off, the music gets real old real fast. =<

Anyway, anyone aquired this sort've questionable material before?

Most of the remixes for me were meh, but there were some notable ones for me (REDALiCE's version, Detroit Rock Marisa or whatever it's called).

But the albums weren't that great, especially since it's the most overplayed Touhou song out there (besides the McRoll'd crap).

If you dislike them, maybe I could buy them from you sometime.

If it would be only the art...
The characters are unbalanced, the music is simply horrible, most of the bosses aren't fun, and Shameimaru as final boss? No thanks!
