Went on hot deito today at the Colorado Museum of Nature and SCIENCE.

Among other things, I:

-- played Utsuho's theme song in the planetarium whenever "nuclear fusion" was mentioned (on his cell phone)
-- discovered that his ring tone whenever I call him is a loop of "SYAMEIMARU!" (thanks to my love of StB)
-- hit him on the head with my paper when we saw the mineral Kyanite at the museum and he was too slow to get the reference
-- picked out stones to be Sauron Eyes (for Utsuho's chest) and Third Eyes
-- got a bracelet of butterflies that makes me feel like I'm playing PCB stage 6 (and has me wondering where the hitboxes are)
-- was disappointed that there were no hellcrows or two-tailed cats in the wildlife ecology section.

Edit: Oh also. Funny story. There was this game of sorts in the health exhibit in which you won according to how low your brain activity was at rest. It turns out my brain is more relaxed while thinking about science-related things and Shoot the Bullet danmaku patterns than when I actually tried to nap. Fun times.

I'll try and list things I do that is a testament to my ultimate Touhou nerdiness.

- Whenever I hear the mention of jealousy I think of Parsee and the rage I get from "Green-eyed Monster".
- I constantly hum or whistle U.N. Owen Was Her?
- When I'm bored I imagine what I'd be like as a Touhou character. What my theme song would be, my powers, my epic danmaku patterns... Yeah, way too much thought.
- When we were studying the geography of France, there was a place named Flandre. I lost my attention span at that point.

There was a similar thing at ~~Science World~~ The Telus World of Science where two people where had cap(like thing)s that measure you're brain waves(might be the same). After a few rounds on that, we noticed that one side always won. So we did a few experiments where no one wore the caps, and only one person wore the cap. Turns out the whole thing was rigged or faulty because the one side won everytime.

When i am studying japanese i somehow relate them with touhou and thats how i remember them like:
When i first heard Suika (which means watermelon)
When i think of kasa i think of Yuka, Yukari and Kogasa
Yukari for violet and a lot more

While pondering Kung Fu Panda, I was trying to think of Chinese names, and one of them was of course Sh?n L?ng. Which (a) reminded me that the Chinese word for "chinchilla" is "l?ng m?o", which literally means "dragon cat" (someone in a chatroom years ago, upon learning this, immediately replied "l?ng m?o is l?

??ng"), and (b) made me think "Chen Long."
