So I almost actually have a full rune page

Now to actually hit level 30 and earn 6150 IP for 78 HP...

I've got 2/3 full runepages, I just need 2 more movespeed quints...

Because I started out playing (this was a little before Jarvan IV was released) with the intent to focus on support and healing champs. Come time for the healing nerfs and whatnot, I had half a page of AP runes and realized, 'welp, looks like I'm being screwed into having to play a DPS champ or be a dead weight on the team', and started working on some Armor Pen runes. Then Attack Speed. And I forget what else, but pretty much yeah I just went through and picked runes at random.

I've seen supports carry post sustain nerfs. Namely kayle and soraka.
But it only happened those one times.

Go to attack X enemy champ gets loaded up with heals and shields. X.X

In other news,

5.8k HP, 300 AD, 40 AP, roughly 200 Armor and 180 MR with 470 movespeed.
Its a shame that'll never build well in a proper game, because it literally took pretty much the entire game to get that build going.

I had 4k HP by level 10, by the way

Well I got my first game of dominion and its a total panic fest.

I picked rammus burst out the gate got to the top point and lagged out for about 3 minutes, dying in the process, and having out nexus get took to like 100 hp.
By the time I got back in I just started rollin bitches like dough. It fast like really fast almost too fast. Pathing is also something to get used to.  I ended up 3rd on my team.

Dominion is crazy fun, that's all I can say about it. The frantic nature is a VERY welcome change to the hum-drum, cut-and-dry pattern of Summoner's Rift games. While team comp is still important in this, it isn't so much so when you consider that there is no jungle, there is no lane competition, you get gold at a faster rate and you're always earning exp, regardless of killing champs or minions. Pretty much the strategy boils down to 'who is going to go where immediately out the gate?' and from there, chaos.

Is Domination that fun?

Perhaps I should get back into the game.

I wish this was Reddit, so I could upvote you like crazy. That's exactly my thoughts about it. Dominion is easily the best thing they've done for this game. I tried playing a game of Classic last night and... I could barely do it. It was so bloody passive and slow and whatnot that it was simply no longer fun to play.

I REALLY hope Dominion takes off and gets some tournaments and shit.

Also, Zilean is a complete boss in it, that is all.

supports shouldn't carry

(except soraka who is mostly an ap carry until they rework her again)

kayle is not a support

I don't care if her profile has the support class on it, her kit, build, etc are all more self-sustain hybrid carry than support.

Because I started out playing (this was a little before Jarvan IV was released) with the intent to focus on support and healing champs. idk what's wrong with you because I still sona just as hard post-nerf as before.

Pretty much the strategy boils down to 'who is going to go where immediately out the gate?' and from there, chaos.

uh no. strategy also includes how to counter the enemy's mobile champions, who on your team will defend, how aggressive to be, how to take the objective point when the quest arrives, storm shield control, jungle control, etc etc etc. it's not just hurf durf run around and do stuff and i hate hate hate hate hate hate players who think that, because they always cause their team to lose by trying to overcap and do shit their character shouldn't be doing.

Well no they didn't carry by getting tons of kills they carried by completely cock blocking our dps.
Try and go to kill someone, soraka would toss tons of heals on them or kayle would toss her ultimate.

Well duh, of course there's strategy to Dominion, but it doesn't go anywhere NEARLY as slow as Summoner's Rift.

For example, Blitzcrank roaming the map with anyone who has good burst DPS is a pretty powerful combination, and if anyone plays Blitz, a good idea would be discussing this plan - making sure he knows to stick with someone, and to find someone if he loses his partner. Sure, he's strong on his own, but Blitz really makes skirmishes dangerous, whatwith all his CC.

I like how I got yelled at by my team for picking Orianna yet I actually did well.

She seems  way easier to play then Anivia.

Argh!! I'm having trouble figuring out how to deal with freaking Shaco on the opposing team. Almost everytime there's been a Shaco, my team lost purely because we couldn't capture the point he was defending. So annoying with those jack in a boxes...

Be Morgana and Black Shield whoever is walking up.

Dark Binding Shaco as soon as he pops up.

If you are with anyone else on your team watch as Shaco melts.

Alone you can pool him and slowly wear him down I guess unless you have alot of AP.

I guess I'll have to learn how to play Morgana then...never tried and never wanted to. DoT spells aren't my thing.

Had a Dominion match earlier today end before the 10 minute mark.

Their TF disconnected right before the round started.

Hmm...
Black Shield may be countered by proper spacing of the boxes. A few outer ones take down the shield, then the others begin to chain-fear.

Esi Get Hype

It's like a mage Kog'maw. I think I'll start saving up for him now, so when he's released I can get him ASAP. Looks like he'll be fun!

Let's save up for him like range bros! :P Seriously, mage champions are my favorites and i really like playing Kog'Maw (Especially AP) so this feels like a perfect fit.

For srs.

Also

Rammus - Boots of Mobility (the 5 speed out of combat ones) + Priscilla's Blessing + Force of Nature + Phantom Dancer + Shurelya's Reverie = ahahahah you'll never stop me from ninja'ing your bases in Dominion
Ghost + Flash are bonuses that make you even more trolololol

You don't even have to finish capping the node when you see someone pop up. The sheer fact that you're so mobile and you can fade in and out of the jungle from one side of the map to the other in the span of four seconds means the enemy team will always have to respond to either you or your teammates, and the Priscilla's Blessing item gives you +15% capture rate. You can easily solo the nodes.
