Well, then, let us browse something a little more masculine -- but still nothing overly muscular.
That's right, it's WEAPONS TIME! And who better to do it with than Shanghai, everyone's favorite doll (unless they like Hourai or Medicine better).
WARNING: LONG POST. This is why I like YCM's Spoiler Tags (it's a dropdown versus a blackout).
Starting off small, we have Shanghai modelling some simple chakrams. You all at the Moriya Shrine might recognize it.
I couldn't possibly leave out the BFS. The intricate designs of the sword contrast nicely with the simplicity of Shanghai's in this image.
Of course, this is also a very nice blade, again with intricate design contrasting well with a simple Shanghai.
And as any maid would tell you, knives are nice as well. And any
one would say that Shanghai looks good wielding them.
Little doll: $100 or so, give or take the cost of stuffing.
Big weapon: $20-$1000, depending on the make and rarity of the weapon.
The two together: Do I need to finish this statement?
As proved by Freeman, even ordinary tools can be effective (and classy) weapons.
Of course, sometimes artistic beauty and practicality do not, in fact, align. Unless, of course, another doll joins in, but that's overkill for a ye olde headshot.
Shanghai can be adorable no matter how big her equips are.
It seems that Nitori's team-up with Marisa has benefitted Alice as well. And quite nicely, I might add, as Shanghai once again looks adorable in her implements of destruction.
When Alice watches a little too much anime, coolness occurs.
Likewise for video games. Of course, no matter what the source katars are still a very nice weapon -- imagine a dagger you can stab with using a punching motion. Now THAT'S simplicity.
