The simple fact though is that you're not an "intruder" in TD. You're a "guest". She has no reason to believe that you mean harm, and it's not like the graveyard is off-limits to guests. Havign someone near the gate to keep track of people and going makes sense, but it's not her job to fight intruders. My understanding is that she only attacked you out of youkai instinct, completely ignoring her instructions as a student of the temple. Which seems to be a thing.

If you look at her profile, the fan games that had shinki in it, zun did have something to do with them.
Also in the main games, makai kept being referenced or brought back.

-When making today's build, they discovered a critical ("nuclear landmine") bug.
-50 minutes ago as of this post, they had just completed the unexpected heavy work to fix it.
-They will issue a patch tomorrow.
-Of course the promised gameplay video isn't happening.

To be honest, I don't think I'll be patient enough to wait until my copy arrived so I'll probably take the "other" option. I don't want to encourage piracy but I'm afraid I won't have the time to play the game when the copy finally arrived. Also, I'm quite skeptic that it'll arrive because my country services is pretty hideous with these things(I just lost 150$ this week) so there's a chance that it won't. Well, at least the money goes to ZUN.

"Nuclear landmine" is common otaku slang. Buying a bad anime/game/whatever cultural products, and realizing it sucks is "stepping on a landmine". Calling the most unexpectedly horrible games they bought "nuclear landmines" is the natural conclusion of this analogy.

I think we'll know what the bug is when we see the bugfix list tomorrow.

Sure, if we decide to completely ignore things like WaHH and FS which show us more ordinary people's reactions to youkai. The temple is at least somewhat popular, so it's pretty obvious that Kyouko isn't supposed to be attacking every random guest. That's the kind of thing that would give them a bad reputation. And when youkai do harm humans people make a big deal out of it.
