The Title says almost everything, say in your opinion which chars you think fits better for the seven deadly sins.
- lust
- gluttony
- greed
- sloth
- wrath
- envy
- pride

Flan is more like wanton destruction. I'd say Kanako fits wrath way better, or maybe Utsuho. Also, WTF Youmu gluttony?!?!

For greed I'd switch Marisa for Reimu.

Really, it could be anyone, especially if you consider fanon.
I wouldn't say Suwako since she isn't asking to be fucked 24/7 like a prostitute if you're thinking canon. Also she did it to give birth to Sanae.

- gluttony = Yuyuko Saigyouji
- greed = Reimu Hakurei
- sloth = Komachi Onozuka
- wrath = Fujiwara no Mokou
- envy = Parsee Mizuhashi
- pride = I got a lot, but for now Remilia Scarlet =/.

- Lust = Koishi (due to her subconscious manipulation)
- Gluttony = Suika/Yuugi (due to their massive alcohol intake, and because I hate it when Yuyuko's character becomes little more than a remorseless eating machine)
- Greed = Orin (she likes collecting corpses a little too much)
- Sloth = Komachi (slacker)
- Wrath = Mokou (it's been how many centuries, and she's still mad at Kaguya?)
- Envy = Parsee (it comes with being the anthropomorphic personification of Envy)
- Pride = Remilia (I really think she needs to be knocked down a peg or ten)

if by "subconscious manipulation" you mean phallic danmaku then I guess you just hit jackpot. Can't believe I didn't remember that (maybe because I hate all that bloody fluffy heart storm).
Orin is a good one but I think Reimu and Marisa are still the champions of this one. Same goes for Komachi except in this case it's Yukari.
Again Mokou, yeah, there's that, but Kaguya stole her toy truck, there's no way someone would forgive that. I like Kanako for this cause she is really randomly violent, even more than Marisa ("Hi, my name is Kanako, I'm the wind goddess" "Oh, pleasure to meet you" "Thank you. I pwn you now").
And there's so much more to Yuyuko than JUST eating half the people she meets on her way, that's just the cherry that tops the cake, it doesn't keep her from being the only one that knows that Kaguya and Eirin were the ones behind the fake moon stuff.

Greed-Utsuho. She tried to take over the world. How much greedier can you get than that?
Wrath-Shinki. She obliterated an entire world that she herself created just to punish some unruly outsiders who were picking fights. That is one volatile temper.
Pride-The Toyohimes fit this one like a glove.
Don't really have any opinions on the others besides what's already been said.

Change Remilia to Tenshi and you've got it.
