Btw....

Yukari's midscreen bnb is 5aaab 2c hj9 2b 6d ja 5aaaa.

And for her train, use DC or ch3A. They can't tech it and will more than likely be too far to pull any reversal shenangians.

Also, what you people seem to be forgetting to do is CHECK YOUR OPPONENT'S SPELLCARDS. ie don't use MPP if your opponent has Aya's 4card rock thing, Yuyuko's 5card wisp geyser thing, train, etc. Don't use train if they're too close to you and have crazy reversals (ie Suika's dunk, which still goes pretty far if you're standing still and not blocking like during train's duration

Using the Disorder Eye 22B/C:  j.6A j.5C j.22B "Lunatic Red Eyes"


The combo limits to 195% and deals mediocre damage (3.7kish) though.


Edit: Alternatively:  j.6A j.5B j.5C j.22B


This will probably only work on certain characters though (I only tested on Sanae and Okuu). Deals about 2k damage with L4 Disorder Eye.


Edit2: I should point out that j.5B into j.5C only works if you start off close to the wall when using the j.6A.  (Yes, I forgot to mention that these were all wall combos.)

I tried to latch a 5AAA 6B before it but I failed lol.
5AAA 6B j.5A j.6A j.2B (2 hits) j.2C is pretty weak.  Only 2.4k at max. 

236B/C j.5A j.6A j.5/6/2C is generally better, from what it seems.

I don't really know any solid combos with Reisen at the moment, but this is what I do currently.


With level 4 Mind Explosion (default 236):
66A 236B hjc9 j.6A or 66A 236B hjc9 j.2A for roughly 2.1k.  The great thing about this combo is that it works anywhere even with counter hit.


I tend to run her 5-cost spell card regardless of deck build since it connects quite easily on a j.2A.  Hit (or counter hit) with j.2A and use Lunatic Red Eyes immediately after for easy damage.


Random Youmu Derp Combo of the Day:
(Requires Monsoon, Phosphoric Slash, knowing how to TK a j.2A, and/or a falling, airborne, (and possibly retarded) opponent in the corner.)
236B hjc8 j.2A 236B hjc8 j.2A 236B hjc8 j.2A 236B hjc8 j.2A 236B "Slash of Eternity"
Deals roughly 4k damage.  I don't remember if I was supposed to use the 5-card on the 4th or 5th 236B, but it's all the same really.


Edit: WARNING: EXTREMELY CHEESY BNB FOR YOUMU


For the record, this was attempt #1548664684 or something.  Yes, I realize I suck ass.


Edit2: While it is possible to perform this combo, without the TKing, at almost point-black range, TKing allows for a semi-long distance version of the combo that can be performed on a falling opponent in the corner (without Monsoon weather).


Edit3: WARNING: EXTREMELY CHEESY BNB FOR YOUMU THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE MONSOON WEATHER.

BnBs aren't retarded situational combos that consume all 5 orbs and a 5card for mediocre damage; they're basic things that you should know for general situations.

Examples of BnBs would be, say for Aya, 5AAAB 6C 236B. For Youmu, something like 5AAAA 236B 236B 236B (or was it C? I don't play her, but it's something like that.) or her near-corner air BnB jA j8A j6C 66 jA j8A.

This falls more into with if your opponent doesn't know how to BE and uses all their air dashes and gets caught in the air in the corner in Sprinkle against Suika, you can 236c 236c 236c 236c 236c and it'll orb crush them and they'll take all the firepunches (though I don't think this works in 1.10 like it did in 1.03).

It's C, because B doesn't reach out far enough. And it's 214C, not 236C

I was being mostly sarcastic with my post.  I'm pretty sure no one honestly thinks that these are BnBs.


Edit: On the off chance that you do manage to pull one of those retard combos off, you'd probably achieve the same damage (or more) through a dial-A followed up by a spell card.


Edit2: An example of a real Youmu corner BNB would be something like 5AAAAA j.5A j.6A or 5AAAAA 623B.

On a more serious note, I find it ridiculous that some characters have to really WORK to hit 2.5k (Sakuya, Aya, Reisen, it seems), as opposed to Okuu and Suika, who can throw a Dial A and laugh.

I was just practicing some Utsuho recently. Despite being really slow with the worst startups and shit, her power REALLY makes up for it.

Also, my midscreen BnB for her is 5AA 6A 6C. 2,8k damage right there.

since it seems difficult to find people on this forum who play IaMP (especially here in South America; I wish I had better latency to play with people of other countries), I don't have much to say in this thread besides posting this video :D

How much time do you guys think it will take for HM to be translated? Besides everyone's story modes and the whole menus, there's also the fact that the way HM's programmed is different from all other games. I bet it'll take two months.

lusvik: I don't mind about playing HM in japanese. The language of punching other people is international.

That's basically my Reimu corner combo but with j.8A j.5C replaced with j.6A j.5B j.5C (j.5B j.5C can easily be replaced with Fantasy Seal if you have it.)

(Another note on your combo is that you can also replace j.5C with the Yin-Yang SC if you have it which I use)
