Anyway, I can't come up with any particular phase but let me give ones for specific categories as to what I call good by score.

Visual Appeal
Winner is Giant Orb Flower from Inanimate Dream Yuuka because it looks so fucking awesome. Honorable mentions are Don't Move! from Inanimate Dream Yuuka, Gengetsu Spark, Devil's Recitation and Mugetsu's last phase.

Gameplay
Winner is Cheeto Lasers from Shinki. I know it's just a gimmick, but it's really fun to play against. Honorable mentions are Sleeping Terror Yuuka's Midnight Spark, Devil's Recitation, the Orriries' Sun gimmick of the SoEW Marisa battle, LLS Reimu's first phase, and pseudo-CAVE Endphase from ExAlice as a close, CLOSE second.

Originality
Devil's Recitation. Honorable mentions are Sleeping Terror Yuuka's Midnight Spark, Inanimate Dream Yuuka's Double Spark, Inanimate Dream Yuuka's Daisy Field (Giant fucking flower; Daisy = death), ExAlice's penultimate and final phases, and Gengetsu Spark.

Uhhh I'm not really a guy with a lot of goals. When I'm not UFO-ing I'm practicing stages I like. Such as EoSD 4-6, PCB 3, MoF 4, MoF 6, SA 4, SA 5, UFO 5.

- EoSD Lunatic. I've gotten as far as the fairies right before boss Sakuya.
- MoF Lunatic. My last attempt from a while ago ended at Kanako's second non-spell. Seeing runs with lots of bombs has given me hope, but I'm still kind of scared of VoWG.
- UFO Hard. Last attempt ended at Devil's Recitation. I didn't know what I was doing in several parts of Stage 5 though.
- GFW Lunatic B1. Still trying to see the first spell of the final fight. I'll move on to B2 and both C routes afterwards.
- TD Lunatic. Last attempt from a long time ago ended at boss Seiga, but I died with bombs in stock at least twice.

That's about all I can think of. Most of those are stretch goals, but whatever.

First and foremost, Hard 1CCs of MoF and SA.
Because progress on both of them is to the final boss.

I would add EoSD to those two, but I'm not as consistent at meeting Remilia.

I'm also trying to crack 1,000,000,000 points on PCB and MoF.

I've stopped trying to 1CC TD Hard because, well, four consecutive game overs at Guze Flash / Avoidance of Defiance is a little demoralizing.
