Also I think Jigglypuff has a better shot of being the 5th Pokemon representative over Mewtwo, since Jigglypuff's been around since Smash 64. Ganondorf I can easily see making a return as the 5th Zelda character (if you notice, Mario has 5 representatives, not including Yoshi, Wario, and Donkey Kong who all are counted as their own characters from their own series, and Mario, Zelda, and Pokemon all had the same number of representatives in the last SSB, and I think it'll be the same this time).

Anyway, props for the most epic of all the pokemon starters for getting in.
And a moment for my farorite of pokemon starters getting the boot. I love Ivysaur, I want him back. Pok?mon Trainer was a really cool concept, they shouldn't just ditch it. I feel sad they plan to.

And custom movesets? This is news.

Can't wait to play this game and throw this thing in my 3DS.

This was already a huge amount of reveals. If the 3DS version comes after E3 (most likely), then what more can they show? They'll at least cover stuff they've teased:

- WiiU's exclusive mode
- Compatibility with the each other's systems
- Stage-Based bosses

And obviously, returning and new characters, in that order.

I'm genuinely surprised by this; considering Roy was added because FE6 was a big upcoming thing and Ike was added because FE9/10 was an ongoing big thing. So I expected Chrom or Lucina

Same here, I was expecting Chrom to become playable. Ike already had his chance to shine on Brawl.

But I'd honestly prefer a female FE character instead, such as Lynn or Mia. There are so many of them and they only added males so far.

He's been doing a lot of fighting for his friends.

But watch with his new muscles he'll hit for less. Which I would approve of since getting hit by Ike in brawl generally meant a trip into space.

Roy being the older character is the one more likely to be dropped for Chrom/Lucina.

I'd like to take a moment and say "Can we please get more F-Zero pilots up in here!?"

It's been just Captain Falcon until Brawl (while he wasn't outright confirmed, I can already tell he's still in) and he's far from the coolest pilot, I'll be honest. There's so many cool pilots they could use. Spade, The Skull, Black Shadow, Pico, Super Arrow, Mighty Gazelle, Blood Falcon, Phoenix, and so forth. Hell, why not make Deathborn one of those stage bosses? That would sure be fun!

In all fairness, it had to happen. If it didn't, there would have been a demand for it; and let's face it, it was encouraged to use the controller when Brawl came out. I could not see them promoting the game without the use of the Gamecube controller.
