Title: Gensou Shoujo Taisen Yume SP command issues?

So, I've recently bought this game and have been having an issue. Whenever I try accessing the SP command page the page comes up blank and just crashes. It's making this game just a bit difficult since I can't strategize on a deeper level.
Also, I'm not sure if Full Power mode is available only in the newest update? I can't seem to update to 1.4 as well.

I actually figured out the issue on my own. I just changed the applocale to japanese and reinstalled the game and it worked.
