In Skullgirls I did an MvC2 style infinite where I looped an assist to death for the kill

And the announcer or something started laughing like crazy... Has this happened to anyone else cause it kinda freaked me out o_o

Okay so you don't even have to win off a happy birthday. You just have to kill an assist and the laugh will play :V

Actually it seems the laugh does NOT trigger on any happy birthdays. If you Happy Birthday and kill them both at the same time or the assist first the laugh does not trigger. It only seems to trigger in MvC2 infinite style happy birthday, where you kill (or snap? haven't tested) the point character first and then combo the assist to death not giving them a chance to ever switch out.

You also have to beat on the assist for a while for it to trigger

If you happy birthday and kill the point char first and the assist soon after it doesn't happen

So basically Mike Z literally made it JUST for the MvC2 infinite situation :V

I like FG's though I suck in them. And my PS3 is dead plus I don't have a stick so I'm already boned for most choices. Since I'm filling out my new gaming PC with games, I'm thinking of getting Skullgirls, though that game always succeeds in making me kick myself for not getting up and trying to actually make an FG like how Mike Z did it. Also I have no stick. Might become a keyboard warrior though.

Finally had a little time to play Blazblue some more. I'm learning Bullet and Kokonoe, and re-learning Nu since I keep trying to do things that don't work any more because muscle memory. Bring Lambda back as DLC please, I'll pay for that...

And I finally got my PS3 hooked up to my internet in a reliable way, so feel free to do whatever it is people do when they want to play against someone online on a PS3. Send me your PS3 name or whatever, hopefully I'll have a little time over the next few days to play.

Ah yes, interbutts. That was next on my to-do list. I still have to go down to the lobby floor of my apartment building to use the internet, so until I actually converse with my roommate on splitting the internet bill for access to it from my room, I'll occasionally use the lounge WiFi and test it out for the Blazing of the Blue.

In other news, Bullet still feels amazing and she is so my main. Working on Noel and Mu on the side.

You can jump the grab on reaction unless you're in something.
Big Band's charge punch+cancel and parry are there for a reason. And heavy charge+punch does like ~20% as an assist on characters of one power higher than you; seeing a 2v1 BB punch Parasoul for a very sizeable chunk of her HP is scary. 214HK also hits fullscreen.

Anti-air Daisy Pusher is really silly but everyone has some option they can do avoid it, unless you got baited out of said option earlier. Double Jump, air dash, Parasoul umbrella float, 'bella HP float...

I dunno, maybe we can network test and see if this connection really is trash, and if I'm really trash. We shall see.

EDIT: Ugh no this connection won't do exactly what it's supposed to do. I guess. I'll look into getting a more secure connection over the summer, and maybe use an actual Ethernet cable too, for good measure.

Today I learned how to do the TK orb tick throw/combo setup with H-Vakiha in Melty, and my God, this setup is so dirty it's unbelievable.

There's also some pretty good damage going if they guess wrong!
