Title: Scheduled Downtime 2/18-2/20

The forums will be in and out starting tonight and going through Sunday for software upgrades.  The IRC server is NOT affected although the webchat service will likely experience outages.  The game server (Bnetd/HatOnline) is also NOT affected.

Thank goodness. We'd have a problem if Bnet went down while we were trying to start the tournament.

Forum upgraded to RC5
Mostly security issues squashed.  No new features added.  Calendar is functional again (you can stop whining Pesco).

There is still a chance of more downtime, but it depends on how far I get on the OS testing.

The update came out last week.  I would have done it last weekend but I wanted to get some testing in.

They changed it so the help documentation links to the main SMF wiki.  So no, I never screwed with it in the first place so I'll likely just leave it as default.
