I recently bought Ocarina of Time 3D, and by god it's amazing, but I managed to figure out a couple touhou tunes using the in-game ocarina. My legend of writing them down goes as follows:
L/R/Y/X/A = main buttons (Equivilant, in order, to the N64's A/C-down/C-Right/C-Left/C-up)
SD/SU = Stick Down/Stick Up (Equivilant to the N64's Stick, if I remember correctly, if not, swap with the 3DS pad's instructions)
PD/PU = Pad Down/Pad Up (Equivilant to the N64's Z and R, repsectively. Switch with the stick if I'm wrong.)
So, for example, L+SD would mean press L while holding the control stick down, and X+PU would mean press X while holding the directional pad up. The instructions I've written are for the 3DS, because that's what I'm using at the moment, but they can be translated over to the N64, for all you people who only have that.
I just spent the last 2 hours or so figuring these out, and a couple are sorta long, but they're great fun to learn on the in-game ocarina, because I always found it fun to play music on unconventional mediums.

I was hoping this would be sheet music, or just talking about the two in general. Oh well.

I've tried Touhou on an ocarina before, but you can hardly play most songs with a 9-hole. I'm guessing if you were really serious about playing music on it, you'd have to get a 12-hole or higher or something.
Actually, I have played Green-Eyed Jealousy a few times on the 9-hole... Let's see if I can write it down or something.

I might re-write what I did in N64 notation because I have OoT and Majora's Mask as well...I just got the 3DS one because I couldn't resist. (That, and Master Quest, of which I never did play.)
