Title: Touhou 10 MoF Display Size

In MoF's custom.exe, it only has the fullscreen/window/(and something else) change function, not changing the displas size.
(ex. 640*480, 960*720, 1280*960)
Where can I change the display size of MoF?

ZUN didn't add 960x720 and 1280x960 until SA, and even then the games were still rendered at 640x480, just stretched to fit the larger window. It wasn't until DDC that ZUN added proper support for a resolution higher than 640x480.
If you want MoF to fill your monitor, I recommend using Fullscreen. If Fullscreen doesn't fill your monitor properly (tiny window surrounded by black, horizontally stretched, etc), check your GPU or monitor settings.
If you prefer to play in a large window, set up the VSync Patch (https://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Game_Tools_and_Modifications#Vsync_Patches) and edit vpatch.ini to set a custom window resolution.
