Not sure what you mean by official position, but I've received permission from Harumao to translate all his videos, I already have a big chunk of the series translated (and everything timed), and I'm in contact with Harumao regarding how he wants this released in the West and about detailed translation questions.

That is what I mean by official position. I was just curious because you seemed to have this figured out pretty well. Good on you, for putting this effort into a channel to the Japanese community.
