Winner: Moriya

Comments: Nice game featuring teamplay centred around Ran to counter Nazrin's (and to a lesser extent, Momiji's) destructive power. I was spec-ing this, expecting it to end in Hakurei's favour while I forgot just how anti-agility carries Ran could be with that slow and ult. Watch as Ran and Cirno reduce the enemies' ms to near 0 during team fights while Ran denies the enemy team a Tenshi kill with her ult. Also, a cameo by Chen near the end.

In this game of sdmd, we get quite far, far than most of us have even gotten before really, and by the end of it it got to the point where we had a vague idea of what we were doing and how crazy powerful everything was.

Also, near the end of the game I noticed that my Iku got about 250,000 base agility and had 300,000 base damage.  It ended after my skill ended, so I imagine it was a crazy bug.  Seriously, it was like I was super Sakuya for a moment.

And Yuyuko died in like two hits as well!  What the crap?

as you can see the lineup is hilarious lol....i expect moriya say gg ty in less than 35 mins but no its different.Quite intense match so worth to watch and both main carries in both teams got farmed

Manly battle of manly proportions happens in the late-game between two tanks at the secret shop... until Komachi and Nue interrupt and they ruin the atmosphere.
Also, totally awesome moment when a SWR from the middle of the enemy base whilst being focused by three heroes manages to snipe Kaguya.

Ah, a game with the Taiwanese people in Garena. Interesting game, very interesting. Shou rolled with Control Rod/Hakkero, which made a startling amount of sense. Our Flandre was kind of derp, though. Nue was playing very support style, and our Patchy was really support too. Tenshi was playing as Tenshi; the really fun part was when she saved Koishi from walking into firewall by fissuring the firewall. I also nearly managed to carry the game; early was really derp vs Cirno. I had 4 kebabs+Broom by like 10 minutes. :V

another game with taiwanese people and two spies (me and beta), I was so focused in not playing badly in this game (and especially laning against murasa was difficult), that I didn't have the time to pay attention to how well most of my team was doing. We did well on teamfights, though, thanks to our teammates and possibly the lineup (we played on hidden pick mode). After midgame, we could push relatively safely and ended winning, even though beta had to leave.

Taken from touhou.cc, a replay of a full team of 5 taking on SDMD v0.27 EX mode - Iku, Remilia, Flandre, Patchouli, Reimu (afk for almost the whole game; Genji is useless here but her lvl 3 last word is indispensable). They got up to stage 44 before someone made a mistake with yukkuri placement, causing a leak which eventually overwhelmed the team. Bosses killed - Hina, Alice, Yamame (rarely), Komachi, Eirin, Satori. They did not have enough dps to overcome Rin's massive hp regen bonus from the cart and their attempts at separating Rin from the cart never quite worked out. Can't remember if they eventually did kill Nitori - she uses grape wine, so they needed to juke her magic immunity 4 times before Patchouli could damage her. Good to watch at least for the early part of the game to see how they manage resources to get lvl 3 last words early, and I do mean early - Patchouli got lvl 1 philo stone way before the Wriggle stage.

Duration: 2 hrs

Note: Recorded on Warcraft 3 v1.24e (use the version switcher) on the original Chinese version of the map. The map needs to be put in the Warcraft III\Maps folder (not the Warcraft III\Maps\Downloads folder).

But.. You can't share resources in .27!  This makes no sense, and I blame Iku.  The only method I can think of is that they powerlevelled Patchouli with all the exp.

Shared control among everyone, and Remi and Flan farm every single wave from wave 3 onwards (Remi gets Nightless by the end of wave 2). The player controlling Remi then uses the other heros to buy Ps, or buys their spellcards for them. Iku and Patchy go out to farm the bosses, though they needed Remi's help with juking Nitori's grapewine usage. Early on, the heros need to step in to lure creeps away from Remi while she uses Nightless, at least until she is able to tank on her own. Patchy was only lvl 16 when she got lvl 1 philo stone and used it to kill Hina. They also use yukkuris to barricade Remi in while she uses her bats for wave 2, then use yukkuris to surround bosses to keep them in place. Note: besides Hina's and Alice's dolls, they don't use any of the boss items. The sanzu sampan that they obtained wasn't put to much use either (it was given to Patchy). In EX mode, you need the hp and armour so badly that it's better to go for 2 divine outfits and 2 or 3 SDM Maid Outfits, which is something that I've been doing for the last two games of SDMD that I've played anyway.

Slows slows slows. After waiting for a good 5 minutes for afk person (i think) and pausing for some other reason, I laned Cirno early-game, pretty easy to face with my nukes, and handled her decently (almost no lag and NO SPIKES! YAY!) until Nue ufo'd me. I was focusing on my lane, didn't get to look at the others. Anyway, a couple skirmishes, and a Genji at 20 min and GG. That Letty blizzard and Medi dolls were annoying as hell, but also, that Medi ult. :< I think she got like 5-6 kills from just that. Sad, HSA can't block that one :/

From looking at some of the chat logs, the specs and Nue/Letty/Cirno/Medicine players seem to be friends and the Cirno player was complaining about his lack of procs. That would also explain their teamwork being far better than your team's. Notice how once either Nue or Letty were down on their hp, they'd retreat while Cirno and Medicine seal off the route immediately so that anyone from your team that tries to chase them down for the kill gets killed horribly. And also their use of cards on each other. It also demonstrates one of the suggested tips on generic team formations that I found in touhou.cc, that the tank character (Cirno) should ideally not be in front of everyone in a team fight but be the second character in the line up and slightly off to the side while the team's disabler (Medicine here) be in front.

First game:epic match handsdown.nue who got many lucky kills and my team's kaguya went feeding.Pretty hillarious moment at about 1hour 10min (gungdir=rev)

This game was a lolmatchup with Moriya picking gay girls. At the beginning I derp'd really hard, dying to Wriggle and Rumia alot, and getting underfarmed.  We had a pretty good defense going, but Letty left. zzz. Guess who the winner is?

the team setup was op anyway  :V Hina AOE with gravity that can teamwipe, Okuu AOE with gravity that can close to teamwipe, Suika MPP that kills everyone with her AOE and Kogasa

the last attack was to much effects, I didn't notice that you were spinning because I didn't see anything of the battle anymore :o
but the game was fun and worth enough to be tired now (game ended 1:40 am)

Dying 3 times in the first 10 minutes isn't really pro. Eiki was pro, he played really good. And he didn't even got a kill with his first ultimate use :V thats so fail.
I watched till flan reached level 16, then I stoped watchin because tenshi only have to use her stun once and 2 people die (no matter what items Flandre has, she 2 hits everything)

Blah. Too many failspins that game. Anyway, the Mid-Autumn Festival here is over and I guess this is the best of my short run at playing that lunatic princess. It was my 2nd time ever with Kaguya and learning how to control that spin with ping spikes due to my epic fail ISP wasn't all that fun.... but I can see how with the right team and the "carry vs carry" metagame, Kaguya's ward/HME support can be really really powerful.  :D

The version was borked in a way that there was no CDs for any skills, and since none of the skills use mana like usually in animu maps in wc3, fun times were had. Here's a replay of my very first game of DotS on Garena. Things to comment on:

The Game - It's a very long game that our team just decided to quit since it was getting no where, especially after one of our teammates AFKed. It kinda just went back and forth in the end, with Moriya gaining ground after our Yuuka AFKed. It kinda started turning around a tinsy tinsy bit (I think) when I got subdoll but I don't think it would have been long till they countered it.

The Enemy - Moriya is a very good team, I kinda expected they would work well together from their name in the lobby but they exceeded my expectations. They probably would have won earlier if I wasn't Flan and there wasn't a good Yuuka on our team. Also, stun fest.

The Team - My team was quite good but we rambo'ed a lot and died a lot and we still kept ramboing somewhat even in the end >_>

The Player - I think could have done better as Flan as instead of going for camera (I was curious what it was like) I should have got PAD and ZUN earlier, would have survived more definitely. I wound up selling camera in the end too.

The Summary - I enjoyed this game till it just started dragging off in the end but then I probably would have kept playing if it wasn't midnight for me then. Anyway, it was a good game overall.

Anyway, that was funny, I crashed wc3 in that game because of lol melee immun Ironman against the super creep that crits you 10 times a seconds with 100k damage and I was spamming nuke missles at him   :derp:

I feel the need to post about a recent game where Yuyuko ulted while the enemy team ran away, only to have enemy Yukari ult and teleport everyone back next to Yuyuko in an attempt to kill Yuyuko.... but ended up having her team wiped out by Yuyuko's ult. Actually that makes an awesome bit lot of fridge logic when you think about it, Yukari being Yuyuko's best friend and Gensokyo's biggest troll and all :V

Oh yea, if you're wandering what the real item is in the middle. That's Dormio's Metalic chest protector item. His Yukkuri died during some combat and look what happened. Later on Dolls, his own teammate, killed it.

I think it was about 1hr50 but PX I believe summoned a Hisou for no discernible reason other than to "serve as a distraction."

The Hisou died before it ever left the base >____>

Needs more 5v5 replays people. So I'll randomly contribute one. Nothing too exciting, except both Yuyuko and I seemed to be trying to match Rumia's HP. Can Letty/Yuyuko actually achieve higher HP than a strength snowballing hero?! Will Alice suffer another session

The good thing about the partial move to the 5211 gaming platform instead of HF is that replays from games on 11 do not need an active connection to the platform to be viewed.

The following is a replay of a half-hour game on the 980i map. Note that the Shikieiki player picked her despite knowing that a bug with her ult causes her clone to be damageable by anything (and in fact takes 300% damage from everything). It's fixed in 980j and above.

This is kinda how DotS games are played in pub games in HF/11. The 5211 platform doesn't seem to have teamspeak-like functions unlike HF, but people get around this handicap with the long-lost secret technique of pinging the map and keeping their eyes and ears open.

Hakurei gets an early game advantage through some clever strats and denial of neutrals to Moriya's carries (watch what Kisume and Eiki do at the start), but Moriya has pretty good teamwork as well. Hakurei knew that they needed to push asap, before Moriya's carries get farmed up faster than their own Flandre and Rumia, but Moriya's teamwork means that they're no pushover.

Two games were played, a 4vs4 (which degenerated from a 5vs5 because a person lagged twice, so I went afk in fountain). Later on a 5vs5. Don't have the replay to the 4vs4 (Damn last replays). It was same teams as below except Magna wasn't in and Thanuris and Shadowbringer were swapped I think. Also Moriya won that game. The 5v5 Hakurei won.
