My first advice would be skipping from practicing almost daily to practicing daily. As an amateur, you need all the practice you can get, since that is the only way to get better.
For starters I'd recommend drawing faces from the front a few hundred times until you get that done, since in my opinion the face is the most important part of all and since it's elementary for identification, you want the viewer to associate the name with a face you would like to look at yourself.
My second advice would be: Until you reach a satisfying level of skill, do not use your drawings as thumbnails/covers to your songs. Had I not known it was you and seen the thumbnail beforehand, I doubt I would have listened to Asami Sangos theme, for example. I hope this doesn't cross you as mean, because by any means, I wish you the best in your journey as an artist.

I do practice daily, but in a traditional way (old pencil&paper).
Most time I'm with a folder full of papers and a case full of pencils to draw anywhere I am~ I do this since a year ago, but I started w/manga about four years ago.
So, ye, I'm no precisely a starter, but since I was pretty idiot years ago, I progressed very slowly, It hasn't been since a month that I took this seriously.
Oh, and a thing I don't do every day is to draw digitally, that means digital work isn't as good as my traditional...

There are many ways to digitally manipulate ordinary photos to make them look really neat. Or even with just like with fractal effects or random triangle brushes or whatever.

You probably do deserve at least some feedback over more than a year, especially about your music. Let me try and give some.
I listened to 4 of your tracks, that's not much, but since I am a complete stranger to this Mikeithoria Project, I tried to stick with something more familiar.
-When Clovers sleep beneath Cherry trees
This is quite well made, though I don't particularly like the sound of bells. The same goes for the next track as well. Maybe it's just me, but they seem somehow out of place in this composition. https://youtu.be/K2PET09OMzc?t=14m5s This is one particular example of a song where I think the bells sound awesome. Just saying 0_o to point out that I am not merely a hater of this sort of instrument.
-Sleeping Terror
Nice, even if a bit far from the original. Well, it doesn't even matter, since I am not a big fan of the original. Some particular effects in the transitions between various parts are really great. This arrange is not too ZUN-ish in style, but pretty impressive nonetheless.
-Alice In Wonderland
This one is my favorite. Unlike the former, it is quite close to the original composition, and, I dare to say, even improves it in several ways.
-Alice Margatroid's Theme - Doll Judgement ~ The Girl Who Played With People's Shapes
Oh well. I think the dynamic accents are in the wrong places. The bass is very loud, also, you stressed some parts of the composition, that were probably supposed to be in the background, way too much, instead of accenting the main melodic line.
