Hopeless Masquerade Problems

So I'm having problems with my Hopeless Masquerade. Some of the attack effects are invisible. Like Marisa's light projectile and sadly Master Spark also along with fire attacks. So Kokoro's happy lion fire is invisible and its a pain. I've updated the game up to 1.21 but still having all the problems. Also the game also won't go into full screen either even if I switch the settings to Fullscreen. Someone help?

Try reinstalling and reupdating the game.

This thread already exists in Tech Support (for some reason it's duplicated), and as this one is older and out of place, should probably be merged with the Tech Support one.
