Seija will beat all enemies only by the Miracle Mallet!

Gameplay:
Seija cannot shoot in this game. Press Z to swipe , dealing 1000 damage to the boss. Thus to clear the stage.
When Seija is close enough, an exclamatory mark will exist.
The swipe will also destroy bullets and chains along all the danmaku surrounding it, and converts them all into coins. Get coins to reduce cooldown of the mallet.
Seija will get more abilities to help her clear stages easier. Such as reversing bullets' direction , size .etc.
This game will have 12 levels and 6 to 10 stages per level. Clearing 3 levels to unlock next level.
In this game , thinking is always more important than dodging.

abilities(press SHIFT to change ability):
1.Reversing all bullets' velocity direction.
Acceleration will not be reversed. Available count:5. Activated level:2-1.
2.Changing position of Seiga and the enemy.
Available count:3. Activated level:3-1.
3.Reversing all bullets' size.
Available count:5. Activated level:4-1.
4.Auto-collecting all coins in chosen stage.
Available count:1. Activated level:5-1.
5.Swiping the enemy immediately.Ignoring Seiga's position and mallet's cooldown.Will use up all your mallets.
Available count:1. Activated level:6-1.

clearing a stage without using ability will have a mark in front.

main point of some levels:
level 9:swiping when the enemy is "attacking".

hidden stages and items:
finish all stages in level 6 and higher levels to unlock a secret stage.
finishing this stage will give Seiga items to make her stronger(passive).

level 6: increase the mallet's damage by 10%.
level 7: reduce the cooldown of the mallet by 6%.
level 8: mallet available count +1.
level 9: the mallet's attack trajectory can deflect for 30 degree at most.
level 10:reduce the hitbox of Seiga  by 20%.
level 11:unlock level 12.

important: you should get the item at level 6 and 8. 

replay:
click in the editbox to type.
click out of exitbox and the cursor disappears.
press Z to save replay.

savedata:replay/score.rpy
this game will make back-ups of your score data in "score_old.rpy",rename this to load.

option:
mode:changing screen resolution will make this game reboot.
show drama:"only once"(default) : drama will be shown only when you first enter a certen stage.

others:
hold left mouse button to show cursor.

true ending:
clear all stages without ability.
thus activating level 12-10.

then swipe again before new bullets go down.

So I downloaded this and the tried to run it but nothing came up. Then I noticed one file in the game was zip encrypted and needed a password in order to unlock it. I'm not really sure what to do to get this to run now XD Can someone help me out please?

You don't need to extract a .zip, as far as I know.

I'm not sure how 3-6 can be done, since you don't get starting mallet swipes and timeouts don't work. Is there a mechanic to get additional swipes during the gameplay or
do you need to complete secret level 8 first
?

Momiji
: You don't get mallets, instead
Momiji's own danmaku can damage her. You need to be rather close to it so the fangs surround her. If successful, the bullets shall dissolve into green particles (just a visual effect) and you'll hear a sound. Repeat some times.

I need help with stage 7-3, aka
Suika's first
scene.

Dang, I?ve only reached stage 6 and the spells is are already starting to become pretty tough. I can?t believe I?m only in the mid game. But cheating spellcards finally feels justified.

Very challenging game, i'm still stuck on stage 2. Can't figure how to beat Daiyousei's second spell and Cirno's math spell. Even if I aim for the right answer she'll shoot me a barrage of bullets that I can't clean up with the mallet.

On the other hand I love the music and the creative spells.

2-6 (this is the correct spell, right?):
Go above Daiyousei at first (or not, but it's a bit simpler that way). Once Daiyousei started to fade away, move to the opposite side of the screen. When the "flower" of danmaku is released, move to the place you were previously. Repeat the previous part twice. Once she started to release three "flowers" in the quick succession, use mallet on danmaku when the second one appears - you get 2 extra swipes, you can afford it. Dodge whatever is left, whack Daiyousei. Rinse and repeat.
2-7:
This is not a math spellcard. When 10 seconds are left on the timer, Cirno throws the chunks of her shield outwards  - be careful of that. Aside from that, she won't do anything unless you were to destroy numbers with the mallet during the "math" part. Just move out of the way of the chunks, wait until they are sent flying, move in and whack Cirno twice.


Edit: By the way, can someone help me with 3-2?

Oh my gosh, I love this game way more than I expected to. Most of the cards are even more puzzle-like than the ones from ISC; it's really fun to figure out a way around each pattern. They're all really inventive, too. I've gotten up to level 11, so if anyone wants advice with a particular card I can probably help? Here's some of the more gimmicky ones.

3-2: The game's own advice is to
come back after getting the instant-hit ability from Level 6 lol
5-8: This one's the least obvious, but I laughed really hard once I figured it out.
Photobomb the UFO!
7-6:
Go for the miniature Suikas as much as possible; they'll clothesline you in seconds otherwise. You have 9 extra mallets even without the hidden items, so don't be afraid to spend a few on the miniatures rather than Suika herself.
10-4:
Blue stars are safe to touch; green stars teleport you upward.
11-6:
You have to collect the indicated amount of coins before time runs out.
Enlarge the bullets to get bigger coins!

you may answer what Cirno think is right.
e.g. Chino ask 1+1=?
swipe 2: Chino thinks you are WRONG, then shoot 2 waves of wall.
swipe other numbers: Chino thinks you are Right, then shoot 1 wave of wall. Use ability to beat it. Repeat 3 times to beat her.
do not swipe:Chino thinks you are boring.

edit 2: yyyeah i'd say the
literal murder of Shinmyoumaru and subsequent replacement of 'enemy strength' with 'enemy blood volume' on the menu

Are you sure about this?
I've gotten the Item from stage 6 and the damage of the mallet seems unchanged. Or do you need to actively select the item somehow to make it work?

In stage 9 and higher stages, enemies' HP will not be multiple of 1000.
eg. 3300 or else.

if you don't have that. you will spend 1 more mallet on it.

Nitori 3-4:
The Nitori you're seeing is a reflection; the real one's actually located directly opposite it. The reflection vanishes when she's down to her last hit, but you can still locate Nitori without it by either 1. using the 'switch places' ability and immediately whacking the spot where you just were, or 2. watching for the spot where the water bullets slow down.

Yuyuko 4-6:
If you defeat her while the green aura is active, she'll regain all her health. The aura will take a while to come back, so it's possible to deplete her health again before that point. If that's too difficult, however, the aura also vanishes right before she shoots the lasers and bubbles, so just get her down to one hit and then swipe at that moment. (Make sure to retreat from the lasers early until then, though!)

UFO 5-3:
There's, uh... not much of a trick to this one, as far as I know. The first phase doesn't have much to watch out for except for the lasers, since their hitboxes spawn almost immediately. I dealt with the second phase by frantically running around, swiping at the boss UFO whenever possible, and reversing the bullets to open gaps in the red lines when cornered. Just, uh, keep trying, I guess?

UFO 5-6:
This one's easier than it looks! Move close to the boss UFO, then wait to swing the mallet until the little UFOs move below you. If they're below you and not above you, the chain reaction will erase all the bullets beneath you as well. Then you can nip up, autocollect the coins, and swing again on the next wave.

EX Rumias three spell marathon? I can beat the first two consistent-ish Bur are we seriously expected to do these two only to attempt the third one!? This is just insane! It?s a pretty long and annoying one to, not just a short final phase. The bullshit hitboxes of these swords don?t help either. There HAS to be a way to cheese this somehow.

Also disregard my previous post. I got level 6 and 7 mixed up.

Yes, we are expected to do this. That's just how it is.
The core of the strategy I beat EX-Rumia with is circling her clockwise, quickly retracing as far as possible before the next spread is fired (if you are where you can hit her with a mallet or close), and keeping circling. While EX-Rumia only has aimed blades and RNG fireballs from them as attacks (so circling is a good way to avoid blades), she also regenerates health at a high rate (so you'd need to hit her as often as possible, hence the retracing - so you'd stay in position for longer). The blades have ridiculous hitboxes, sure, but their hilts do not, so retracing is more possible than it may look. There isn't much strategy for RNG fireballs, unfortunately.

I would have actually loved if the game had infinite mallets like the original Gold Rush and not just  only what it is considered sufficient to beat a stage, gives little room to do other stategies.

Here's some scenes from Level 7 that can be done pretty easily, if you like?

7-1
(Yuugi's nonspell)
:
She takes 5 hits (without upgrades), and you get 5 uses of the bullet-reversing skill. Just wait for the bullets to reflect off the walls, then reverse them, and you'll barely have to dodge anything. Try to only hit the blue bullets with the mallet, not the yellow ones; the yellow ones explode.

7-5
(Kasen's dragon)
:
The dragon takes 5 hits and Kasen takes 4, which makes it impossible to take out both of them without the upgrade from Level 8. However... if you switch places in the right spot at the start of the card, you can get Kasen to move off the left edge of the screen. You'll still be able to hit her, but her bullets won't spawn!

7-7
(Yuugi's shield)
:
As the menu screen's HP count indicates, Yuugi only takes 1 hit here; it's the shield that's the problem. Hit her a few times from different angles to fill the screen up with bullets, making sure to avoid deleting any of them. Once you've got three or four streams on screen, use the coin-gathering ability to quickly fill the gauge again and hit Yuugi before the shield reactivates.

go to the top of screen to lead the swords upwards,twice.
then go down, hit her and use direction-reversing ability for the following swords.
you don't need to dodge anything!

As for 3-5,
you need to hit Hina when she's in the middle of one of the squares created by the red bullets. The red bullets don't hurt you so you are free to move however you wish. They will however kill you if you hit them with the mallet hence waiting for Hina to be in the middle of one before swiping her.

11-1 is the girl ZUN draws for Akihabara Beer Fair flyers (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Beerko); 11-3 is Ki-san.
(I thought it was kind of weird that the developer made Ki-san the Super Final Death Boss for his previous game, but I like how she and ZUN have matching 'god' outfits in this one.)

11-1 is the girl ZUN draws for Akihabara Beer Fair flyers (http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Beerko); 11-3 is Ki-san.
(I thought it was kind of weird that the developer made Ki-san the Super Final Death Boss for his previous game, but I like how she and ZUN have matching 'god' outfits in this one.)

Neat. I'm working on a no ability clear myself; currently on 11-5 and I been having trouble with this one due to the sword fairies so this is helpful.

I noticed that he has all of the passive abilities from the start. I didn't think of that. I been doing them all in order. It definitely would have been easier had I got the passives first.

Anyone got some tips for 6-7 a.k.a.
EX Rumias three spell marathon? I can beat the first two consistent-ish Bur are we seriously expected to do these two only to attempt the third one!? This is just insane! It?s a pretty long and annoying one to, not just a short final phase. The bullshit hitboxes of these swords don?t help either. There HAS to be a way to cheese this somehow.

Also disregard my previous post. I got level 6 and 7 mixed up.

The first one basically has the 2 red-layer waves first which can be misdirected to the left for the first one and the right for the next one, moving a little to the left for the last aimed wave generally helps a little when you go down to go through the gaps; then going up and redoing it while hitting Rumia with the mallet whenever you can. Second one has you to spin around Rumia in a clockwise manner, you can basically hit her when you descend down from the right slowly (during the descending when you're about next to her you can hit her already.) Note that only tapping the down button and moving to the left later makes it take longer for the wave to move to the left so you get some additional time to hit her twice while looping around her. If you do this correctly you can finish Rumia off before this gets tedious in the second pattern. The third pattern is aimed, just move slowly and try to make sure you move in a clockwise manner, try to hit Rumia twice when you descend to the bottom again. I have a video that I did upload that basically shows these strategies, if this may be handier to see visually.

Yeah. I have since cleared the spell and the first two patterns weren?t that problematic. My strategy for them was similar to yours. It?s the third one that gets dicey. For that one I ended up using the direction change ability like rsy_type1 suggested.

Another general piece of advice I would give is to get the
small hitbox from day 10 a.s.a.p., especially before doing most of day 9. The day 10 spells are relatively easy and/or cheesable  and the unlockable spell is significantly less painful than rumias since its third wave can be ended immediately with the instant swipe.
