Most Sara (or PC98 pictures as awhole) you'll have to dig around on Pixiv to find, to which, I'm pretty sure you've been there. If I can I'll see if I can dive in and dig up something valuable.

Since my interwebs is being bitchy and my maj is pretty much shot I'll just post direct links to what I've found thus far.

I only came up with 2 pages of Sara fanart, so far. Which is about 13 pics tops. Although with Pixiv being Pixiv only a handful is decent. Also what's up with this ponytail thing, Sara has going on? Alot of her fan art has her with a ponytail, not that I'm complaining. It's just something I noticed. Also Sara has nice breasts in this pic.
