Title: Problem trying to run Touhou 9.5

When trying to start StB on my new laptop (I moved the save data using a portable drive) I got this error message.

It pops up when I try to start it in thcrap too. I can't read the Kanji, so does anybody know what can be done to get it working again?

It says there is no data file. This should be th095.dat.

Norton must have removed it. I sent it over again, properly this time, and it works now. Well, except for the fact that the 'best photo' for each stage is a black square.

I'm fairly confident in assuming that happens when your best shots images have been deleted but the score file says they should exist.
