I think SDM fits the bill for Britain as well as Eientei. England is Remilia, being the head of the household. Sakuya and Patchy I'm seeing as Scotland and Wales, respectively, because while they're both capable subordinates, the former is a bit more rowdy than the quiet latter. And Flandre is Ireland, for obvious reasons.

Well I think Moukou and Kaguya would leave themselves open for attack because they would get busy trying to kill each other.

Kanako would march right in to Suwako's territory and take it over, but would then move over to another country.

Utsuho would get some assistance form Kanako and use straight brute force to attack.

And Patchy would get a book on war tactics and take over Meiling, who had been asleep the entire game.
