Because I don't have the time for vieo games anymore and I've found my money better spent in other capacities, like conventions. The only non-Touhou video game I've bought in the last year is the Kirby Anniversary Collection.

Yea...I'll buy, but not play.
Srz, after searching for 3 months for the game, and Plat"ing" it on the Vita, I'm not gonna go through that ordeal again...I mean, I did it on the PS3 when it was still Japanese, BUT NO MORE.

I'll just display it and brag it saying "I got all the region-based Project Diva f games".
Both f and F.

Gonna go out now to get it. Thankfully I had a friend who bought it for me after helping him move.

Now I'll own two copies of the game BV

Picked it up last night during the release for some lame football game.  Quite enjoying it so far, though I'm sort of sad I'll have to wait to get my preorder bonuses since I don't have internet right now at home(router got fried in a storm, joy.).  Ah well, there's plenty to do til then anyway.

*wonders how far down the song list Tengaku unlocks*

Halfway down or so iirc?  Not sure if it would've changed in the ps3 version from the vita version.

God, I need to get this game after (or maybe at) Kumoricon. Let's just hope I have enough money after the convention, because I really want to support Sega for making such a daring move.
I'll probably get to try it out at the con anyway.

Vic let me play some Project Diva when he came to visit last year. I think I got the lowest possible rank, but thought it was great fun. I think my daughter would enjoy this, too.

was actually i think like two thirds or so, so not too far off.  Either way, really liking it thus far, trying to get Greatsor better in all the Normal songs so I can feel more ready to try Hard mode.  (I did beat Tengaku on Hard though, so it's a start!)

Why did they make Senbonzakura so easy on Normal then jump its difficulty so high on Hard(and presumably Extreme)?

It's based on the path you take on unlocking songs. There's 4 paths, plus the bonus PS3-exclusive songs path that starts with Tell Your World. Tengaku is from the path that starts with Melancholic.

You can see the full song list and ways to unlock it through here

Miku's birthday is today(8/31)!  Those of you with the game should hang out with her, to be nice.  =)

I'm off to watch one of the screenings of yesterday's MAGICAL MIRAI concert, it's going to be mighty surreal I expect but should get to chatter to other London Vocaloid people.

Also English Miku v3 is out today, not cheap but not crazy prices for what the software is. See http://piapro.net/vocaloid/mikuv3e.html $150/ ?100 ( so ?119 for us europeans) excl. tax.

Is there Po Pi Po and Halfsies (50/50) on it? If not, I won't play.

Po Pi Po is DLC, I think.  No Halfsies.  (why would you want to play halfsies in a rhythm game <_<)

I don't know what I should think about this. Though, the game damn well better have all the DLC included, otherwise it would just be a slap in the face for some of us.
Let's Play: BIT.TRIP FLUX | Let's Play: Malicious | Skyward Sword: Shieldless Final Boss | Skyward Sword: Boss Rush! | Ace Combat Infinity: Campaign in the X-02 Wyvern

Move eternally forward,

hmm the game looks pretty nice, but...too many songs by miku, even in the dlc. i think there could be more from the other vocaloids to make it a little more balanced. same thing with the modules, miku has like 28 while others like kaito and meiko barely have 10. Even though looks great (although only played the demo)
